Design. Research and Development.
Our capability is not limited to simple processing. For any type of request, we spend quite a long time studying and researching. We not only design products, but also design manufacturing process, as well as designing machine and equipment. We also develop materials by ourselves.
3DCAD/CAM
Designing is done by 2D and 3D. We welcome just one piece trial sample. For cost reduction when massproducing, we design and build our own equipment to maximize our production capabilities.

Coiling. Forming.
We have a long history in forming or wiring coils. Tungsten possesses strong "coil back (spring back)" property. With abundant experience in coiling, we know how to control this coil back of tungsten. From foundation, we have designed and built our own coiling machine to satisfy needs of our customer from technical point of vew, as well as cost perspective.
Automated tension adjusting coiling machine
Back tension of wire varies from start of wiring and end of wiring. If the tension is not stable, coil could be deformed significantly. Our original tension adjusting coiling machine prevents the coil from deforming.
Servo controlled forming machine without mandrel.
Just by entering design numbers, this original NC type forming machine can manufacture coils with many different shapes. From semi-automated to fully automated coiling machines, Takeishi Electric designes and build our own coiling machines.

Micromachining process
Takeishi Electric owns; NC Lathe, Machining Center, Milling Machine, Centerless Grinder, EDM, Wire Cutting Device, Pressing Machine, Injection Mold Machine, Extrusion Mold Machine, Automated Hot Press Machine, and many other automated equipments. Takeishi Electric is capable of handling and processing parts or products with tolerance of few milimeters or even microns.
Micromachining by NC, MC and other equipments
We are capable of micro-processing refractory and hard-to-machine materials such as tungsten and tantalum. For massproduction, we manufacture products using automated devices. For small number samples, we manually manufacture samples
Our original automated machines.
We have a tendency to receive orders of products or parts that noboy else is willing to manufacture, nor it seems not possible to manufacture. If there is no machine available for manufacturing, we design and build our own machine.

High Temperature Heat Treatment
Due to its high melting point (3400 degree C), tungsten is widely used as materials for lamp electrodes and filaments. We have repeatedly experimented how to efficiently heat treat on small products like filaments and electrodes with small quantities and wide varieties. As a result of this, we came up with our own vacuum furnace, which can rise the temperature to approximately 2,800 degree C. Whole cylce, from temperature rising, keeping products at 2,500 degree C for 30 minutes, and cooling down furnace, will only take about 1 hour. We also have multiple atmosphere furnace, flashing furnace and other furnaces to remove impurities from our products.

Other than mulitple atomosphere furnace, we have continuous hydrogen annealing furnace, degreasing furnace, flashing furnace. Bu applying hydrogen/nitogen, temperature can go up to melting point.
High speed, high temperature Vacuum furnace
Our original Vacuum furnace. Usually, vacuum heat treatment takes more than 10 hours to complete. In order to save cost and time, Takeishi Electric has designed and built our own vacuum furnace that is capable of treating works over 2,500 degree C.

Welding and Melting
Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metal materials. We weld and melt not only Tungsten, but also other high melting point materials like Molybdenum, Niobium, Tantalum, Nickel and other metals. For welding and melting (to form the tungsten molybdenum, niobiu tantalum nickel shape of electrode head), we have various devices including YAG laser welding machine, cosensor type resistance welding, transistor type resistnace welding machine, TIG・MIG to name a few. We also own our original welding robot that has the capability of assembling, welding and inspecting.

We have affluent experience, and machine capability to weld different materials. We know how to avoid thermal embrittlement, void, bulge, sputter, oxidization and other headaches when welding.

Cleaning and Surface Treatment.
Products or parts Takeishi Electric manufactures are oftenly used in medical devices, analytical devices and semiconductor devices. Impurities, particles, oxide residues, water mark, stain, and contamination must be avoided. We have right equipments and chemicals to remove these impurities. We also have clean booth, and destaticizing devices to prevent secondary contamination.
Ultrasonic Distilled Water Cleaning Device
We have pure water (DI water) filled cleaning device that uses cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave. We also have decompressed drying machine, acid and alkali treating devices to clean and conduct surface treatment.
Painting
Adding painting to surface treatment is also possible here at Takeishi. We can make masking pattern, do priming and gun coating, as well as glazing.

Quality Control
Takeishi Electric was holding ISO9001certificate over years. We earn credibility not only from domestic customers, but also customers from overseas. For environment, Takeishi also held ISO14001. We also received ISO14001. In order to maintain our quality, we monitor our products by SEM and EDS. Outgas is monitored at high temperature vacuum furnace which is equipped with Q-MASS.

In the field of electronics, semiconductor, medical and analytical device, there is a very strict standards on impurities. We have proper equipments to monitor impurities to meet these strict standards.
Q-MASS
The Quadrupole Mass Analyzer is one type of mass analyzer used in mass spectrometry. Our Ultra high temperature vacuum furnace is equipped with this Q-Mass. This enable us to monitor outgas from materials when heated. This helps us to develop or analyze materials or our products.

Sintering and firing
Molybdenum and tungsten are just like ceramics. Unlike iron, copper and zinc, these materials are made from powders that are mixed and compacted, and then sintered in high temperature sintering furnace. Rods and wires can be purchased in the market, but products in particular shape can not be obtained in the market. We have our own small sintering facility capable of manufacturing various shapes of products in small quantities. We also mix special additives to tungsten and molybdenum for our customers who want to use these materials for specific purposes.

We possess our own production equipments to manufacture powder sintered materials like tungsten and ceramics. We can add special additives to these materials at our site.

Automated Machine
Takeishi Electric has been designing and building our own automated machines ever since the foundation of company. Most of coiling machines, assembling machines, welding machines, pressing machines, and inspection machines we have at our factory are originally designed, and built here at Takeishi Electric. It may cost less just to purchase commercially available equipments, but in order to respond to various specific needs of each customer, we design equipments that best fit to our customer needs.
Designing automated equipment
During trial production, massproduction cost and quantities are carefully calculated. By manual machine, we seek the best method to produce with what type of machine during trial period. Then we operate on semi-automated machine for medium size sample trial, before designing equipment for massproduction.

Our originally designed automated machines are for massproduction for our goods. From one piece trial sample to massproduction, Takeishi Electric can offer one-stop service to customers.
