Here at Takeishi Electric, we do not have "Standard products" nor "Catalog products" So far, we have made a great number of products made from tungsten and other refractory metals for our customers. Every product Takeishi manufactures is custom made.
Coils for industrial and medical use
Following are coils for various types of industries. Such as micro coils that have wire diameter of several microns, we process and coil wide variety of materials into innumerable shapes. Impurity and oxidaization are removed, demormation is prevented, resistance is controlled, torque and tensile strength is controlled by adding high temperature heat treatment under different circumstances.
Stranded Coil
Mainly used for PVD and CVD. Shape of coils is not limited to stranded, and other shapes are possible.
Coils for sensor and analytical devices.
We parepare Pt wire Twh wire , ReW wire for nalytical devices using X-Ray and Gas Chromatography
Specially coiled
Our specially coiled filaments are often used for lamps for optical inspection, UV analysis and other optical analysis purposes.
EB Gun and Magnetron
We not only supply coils like special type of cathod, and therminomic emisson coil used for EB Gun, we do manufacture parts, as well as assemblying parts and coils.
Multi-line coil for medical use
Multi-Line SUS coil gives you high torque, which is ideal for guide wire for Catherter.
Micro coil for medical use
Whatever it is Pt. SUS, Pt. plated tungsten coil, tungsten mesh coil, we manufacture small coils.

Micro processing hard-to-machine materials
Refractory metal like tungsten and rare metals are hard to machine and process. Creating small quantities, even one, is no problem for us. We always carefully listen to customers needs, and try our best to fulfill customers needs from designing stage of product to massproduction. Below are some of sample products we worked with our customer.
Bolt and Nut made out of rare metal
WIt hith its exremely high melting point of 3400 deg. C, tungsten is an ideal heat resistant material. It is commonly used of high temperature furnace, and used as parts for high temperature vacuum furanace.
Dies Drilled products
tungsten is widely used for parts for equipment. Dies is one of examples, and collimator which is used for X-Ray device is another.
Probe pin for semi-conductor use
Probe pin sample production using Rhenium tungsten. We do centerless, machine cutting, etching process and other processes.
Crucible for Nuclear Power institute
Trial unit for Nuclear Power institute. We grinded 12 dia. tungsten rod into the size of 0.2mm thickness crucible.
Parts with knurling process
We can add Knurling process for tungsten and other hard-to-machine materials.

Complex processed products
We have processed many materials including tungsten, molybdenum, Niobium, Tantalum, Rhenium, Platinum, Titanium, Platiniridium, Nickel and many other materials. Using 3D CAD/CAM, process can be done by NC, MC, EDM and other methods.
Combined machined molybdenum Product
For EB Gun welding, oil excavation, we manufactured one time molybdenum and tantalum combined machied products.
tungsten Tweezers
Corrosion resistance of tungsten is very high. For this property, we created tungsten Tweezers when handling highly corrosive chemicals or radioactive materials in laboratory.
Shielding products for Radiology
In Nuclear medicine, radioactive rays with short half-time is applied. tungsten shields radioactive rays.
Titanium machining, combined machining
Titanium is compatible material widely used for various types of inplants in medical field. Other than tungsten, we process Titanium, Tantalum, SUS, Niobium, and other materiasl.

Sintered product
Takeishi Electric has been working closely with domestic material suppliers to jointly develop materials for specific purposes that customers require. In particular, we have spent quite a long time to develop K-doped tungsten, high purity tungsten like 5N and 6N materials, mainly for lighting field. There is always a special need with very limited quantities
Porus tungsten
We are working on material development. Porus tungsten is one of our recent developments. By utilizing capillary phenomenon we insert special liquid for specific purpose.
Ceramics + metals
Our development of sintered molybdenum/Alumina which has conductivity, used for ceramic metal halide lamp arctube. Coefficient of expansion is controlled.
Medium to high density tungsten fishing lure
Density of tungsten heavy alloy fishing lure is adjusted according to the fishing style or method.
Composite sintered metal
Composite sintered metal made of Nickel and Tungstren. Multiple number of metals are sintered according to its usage.

Sintered tungsten alloy in the block shape is grinded to Jig for Red Snapper.
Weight to move gravity center of lure.
Weight that goes inside of plastic lure. By adding iron-based metals, magnetism is controlled.

Resin tungsten
tungsten, normally a metel, is created by mixing powders, and then, compacting powders and sintered. Pure tungsten needs additional process of forging. These processes are lengthy, and costly. tungsten also is very heavy, hard and inflexible. Compare to normal tungsten, Resin tungsten is more flexible yet it still blocks radioactive substance.
Radiation sheilding cloth and epron
tungsten is one of densest metals, and it is heavy. When used as radiation sheilding materials , cloth and epron for example, resin mixed tungsten is used.

Welding and assembly
We are not limited to processing using machine, we also weld and assemble various kinds of parts. We are capable of doing laser welding, plasma welding, and resistance welding. We can also weld metals with different electric potential and melting point such as tungsten and Copper. We can also braze, shrink fit and/or metalize ceramics and metals. Coils can be thermal sprayed or coated by ceramics.
EB Gun
Assembled EB Gun. Welding, brazing, shrink fitting, metalizing can be done at Takeishi.
Sensor
Assembling sensor coil, lead wire and other parts. Hot-pressing to avoid crack, and anit-oxidized welding are some of our skills.
Coil for X-Ray source and ceramic base
Thoriated tungsten coil and molybdenum stems are welded, and connected to insulated ceramic base.

Filaments and electrode still are main products of Takeishi. We have a long history and experience of manufacturing electrodes not only for Japanese customers, but also customers in all over the world.

Electrodes for industrial lamps with specific usage.Lamps include UV lamps, Sodium lamps, Mercury Lamps, High Pressure Mercury lamps.
Electrodes for Ceramic Metal Halide Lamps.
For ceramic metal halide lamps, instead of quarts glass, Alumina ceramic which is highly heat resistant material is used for arctube
Electrodes for Ultra High Pressure Mercury lamps
When operated, inner pressure of Ultra High Pressure Mercury lamps exceeds 200V. Purity inside of arctube is the the most important element. We use jointly developed high purity 5N materials for this type of lamp.
Electrodes for Headlamps
Pure tungsten and Thoriated tungsten are mainly used for automotive headlamps
Electrodes for projector lamps.
When making a presentation, projector is oftenly used. These are electrodes for projector. Special heat treatment is added to control size and shape of recrystalized grains of tungsten.
Electrodes for Sports lighting
These are electrodes used inside of high wattage HID lamps for facilities like baseball field and football field. Many of these facilities still use HID lamps.

Filament coils
Coiling machines at Takeishi Electric are all original. Filaments for halogen lamps, incadescent lamps, Krypton lamps, UV lamps, fluorescent lamps, lamps for aircraft, lamps for airport, and many other lamps are manufactured here.
Halogen lamp for general lighting
Filament on left side is world's first Triple Coil Filament which was introduced by Takeishi Electric. Anti-sagging and deforming are applied.
Filament coils for special UV lamps
Special Triple Coil Filament for industrial lamps. tungsten wires are left inside of coil inner diameter of the filament. It is able to enlarge surface area so that emitter material can be sprayed.
Filament coils for shakeproof lamps
Physically strong filament coils such as flat square filament and double-coil filament are needed for shakeproof lamps installed in a place or at the device, which vibration is always there. Airport and motor cycle use these shakeproof lamps
Filament coils for lamps used in the field of semi-conductor.
Special type of halogen lamps are widely used for semi-conductor manufacturing devices. Almost all of these filaments are custom-made.

Filament coils for automotive headlaps, brake lamps and other lamps. We can supply metal sleeve, and can assemble these parts as well.
