About Materials
| Q.1 | What kind of material can you offer? |
| A.1 | Rare Metals, refractory materials, high-melting-point metals including tungsten and molybdenum. Please check "Introducing materials" |
| Q.2 | Where do you source tungsten materials? |
| A.2 | As we are not a specific material supplier, we can source tungsten materials from various suppliers domestically and internationally. |
| Q.3 | Can we supply materials and you process them? |
| A.3 | Yes, that could be possible. |
| Q.4 | Can you process materials other than metals? |
| A.4 | It depends on what kind of materials |
Processing.
| Q.1 | What type of processing can you do? |
| A.1 | Coiling, forming, cutting, glinding, welding, heat-treatment, sintering etc. We can make product from powder materials. Please check "Technical Information" |
| Q.2 | How about product size? |
| A.2 | As explained in "Select product by shape or characteristics", Takeishi is good at manufacturing small products. Size of coils, filaments and other parts are generally several milimeters to less than one meter. |
| Q.3 | How about coil diameter? |
| A.3 | For tungsten coil, we can coil as small as one micron diameter. As long as we can get materials, we wiill try any size |
| Q.4 | At what temperature can you do heat treatment? |
| A.4 | Please check "Heat treatment" Maximum temperature varies depending on atmosphere furnace to be used |
| Q.5 | What sort of atmosphere will you use for heat treatment? |
| A.5 | Vacuum (minus 5Pa), Hydrogen, Argon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen/Nitrogen mixed, and air. Pleace check "Heat treatment" for details. |
| Q.6 | About sintering, can you do MIM? |
| A.6 | Normally we create mold inhouse, and press powders using mold, then we sinter products. As we have injection mold machine, we can do MIM as well. Please check "sinter" |
| Q.7 | what type of welding can you do? |
| A.7 | Please check "Welding and Melting." We have Laser, TIG, Resistance and other welding machines. |
| Q.8 | what type of surface treatment can you do? |
| A.8 | Please check "Surface treatment,"Other than barrel polishing, plane polishing, centerless glinding, we can do chemical etching |
| Q.9 | Can we just ask for heat treatment? |
| A.9 | Yes, it is possible. We need to know what type of material is used for product that needs to be heat treated. |
Experiment and Development
| Q.1 | What if we do not have a drawing? |
| A.1 | If you can let us know the shape of product, and under what condition product will be used, we can create drawings, and determine working conditions. |
| Q.2 | What sort of experiment or development can you offer? |
| A.2 | Please check "Designing and Development." If there is anything that you think we can do. We will try, |

| A.3 | We can analyze shape and raw material, and create a drawing, and determine how to manufacture. |
| Q.4 | Can we receive experimental data? |
| A.4 | Yes, data that should belong to customers will be shared with customers. |

Analysis and Quality Control
| Q.1 | What type of analysis or inspection can you carry out? |
| A.1 | Please go to "Quality Control", for detail. Other than inspecting shape and size, we can do SEM investigation, EDS analysis, Q-MASS analysis and so forth. For more detailed analysis, we will outsource it if necessary. |
| Q.2 | What quality control system do you posses? |
| A.2 | ISO2001 and ISO14001 |
| Q.3 | I have some trouble, can you investigate the cause? |
| A.3 | If trouble happens when using our product, we will promptly respond to it. |
| Q.4 | Can we receive analysis report? |
| A.4 | Analysis report on contamination on our product, or material analysis on development sample may be handed to you. |
| Q.5 | Can I only ask analysis? |
| A.5 | No. analysis report will be given only for customers working with development with us. |
Lead-time and price
| Q.1 | What is the Lead-time? |
| A.1 | It depends. If it is relatively simple processing, and we have materials, we try to finish in two weeks. |
| Q.2 | What it the price? |
| A.2 | It depends. If you ask us through contact, we will submit quotation. We can only offer you heat treatment. It would cost you around JPY 30,000 for Vacuum heat treatment at 2000 degree C for 30 minutes. |

Others
| Q.1 | I would like to know more about your company. |
| A.1 | We can bring samples, and do presentation if the timing is right. |

| A.2 | Yes. Of course. We have many customers outside of Japan. |
